We were told that we should receive a detailed report for the DEFY plates we reissued.  When that did not happen, I emailed Elizabeth Threnhauser.  Below is her reply.

Unfortunately, that did not happen.  When you receive your next order of plates, your packing slip will indicate your account credit in the upper right hand corner.  Online program participants can then apply that credit to their next order of plates in the “Amt.Credit Used” field.
